Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fabfunk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns, exchanges, and refunds—subject to the following terms:

🛍️ Returns

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the item meets the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • Products with visible wear, scratches, or damage are not eligible for return.
  • Customer-caused returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect model selection) No Return is eligible.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), Replacement is Eligible.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@fabfunk.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and share the return address accordinglyE

💰 Refunds

Refund eligibility is subject to product condition and reason for return:

  • For returns not due to our fault, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • If more than 7 days have passed, the item will no longer be eligible for a refund under our policy.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14-15 business days after processing

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider.

Prepaid Orders – Non-Delivery Policy

If a prepaid order is not delivered due to reasons such as incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or any other customer-related issue, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin).

In such cases, only 50% of the order value will be refunded, after deducting all shipping, delivery, and RTO charges. The refund will be processed only after the product is successfully received back at our warehouse (successful RTO).

Refunds will not be initiated before the RTO is completed and verified.

🔁 Exchanges 

All Fabfunk products are covered against manufacturing defects only.

  • Exchanges will be provided only in case of verified manufacturing defects or quality issues, after inspection and approval by our team.

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.

  • If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement of the same product, subject to product availability.

  • In cases where a replacement is not available, the company may provide a partial refund or store credit at its sole discretion.

🚫 Order Cancellations

 

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours.
  • You may cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it—only if it has not been shipped yet.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or recall the shipment.

 

📦 Additional Terms

 

  • Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery: If the parcel is marked as delivered but not received, the reshipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Faulty Products: If a product is defective or has missing parts, it may need to be sent to our warehouse for inspection. If the issue is confirmed, we will send a free replacement.
