To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a refund.

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for any refund request.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for refunds.

Gift cards or downloadable software products cannot be refunded.

Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers) cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Upon approval of your refund request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

If you received a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange instead of a refund.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
